  • Oversee the setup of new PCs/Laptops, user accounts, permissions, passwords, and allocation of network resources in line with the policy of the organization.

  • Provide regular and timely feedback, escalating problems and proffering solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve.

  • Ensuring all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand clients' needs and objectives, and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often daily.
  • Provide support for all Experiential Marketing Projects from pitching, reception and interpretation of briefs, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop metrics to monitor all areas of engagement with critical monitoring, performance in these areas, identifying opportunities for improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide support to Clients from a service perspective, assess areas of Client concerns and respond to any operational issues that arise. Maintain client relationships with the agency.
  • Partake in the development, implementation and monitoring of project teams and budgets.
  • Ensuring rehearsals for all events and projects to guarantee the maintaining of standards of shows and events in accordance with the Client’s briefs.
  • Draw daily, weekly, and monthly reports to include all third-party commitments and receivables from Clients.
  • The role holder is also responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to reflect performance in each specific area of the service delivery process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc/HND from a reputable institution with at least a Second class upper (2.1) degree in Sciences, Social Science, Arts, or any related field from any recognized Institution.
