JOB SUMMARY

The role holder would oversee managing all aspects of a project, including planning, organizing, staffing, and directing resources to ensure that it is completed on time and meets clients’ brief and vision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve.
• Drive Marketing Projects of the company to ensure a long-lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and her Clients.
• Must ensure that all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand clients' needs and objectives, and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis.
• Ensure long-lasting' relationships and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and her Clients.
• The position is responsible for the coordination of experiential brand activities as well as coordination of the brand's marketing communication efforts.
• You must draw daily, weekly, and monthly reports of experiential brand activities and deliverables.
Develop, implement and monitor project teams and budgets effectively.
• Ensure rehearsals for all events and projects to guarantee the maintenance of standards of shows and events in accordance with the client's briefs.
• Generate production briefs and review with all involved in the project.
• Contribute to the timely achievement of the department's goals and measures of success
• Provide additional support to other parts of the organization as needed
• Setting up and running of events and projects with hands-on approach.
• Develop, implement and monitor project teams and budgets.
• Creating and executing bespoke Marketing Communication solutions for clients.
• Work on all Strategic brand operations of the company from planning to execution.
• Show support for the coordination of all strategic brand activities as well as coordination of the brand's marketing communication efforts, drive and operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any other related field with at least a second-class upper (2.1) from a reputable institution.
• Knowledge of Experiential Marketing.
• Minimum 2-4/5 years of work experience in experiential space or managing Projects.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Creative thinker with prolific ideas
• Strong research skills
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Digital Marketing
• Good Data Analysis skills
• Commercial Awareness
• Ability to plan and multitask

The role holder will be a team member in the IT unit and provide support to the IT department by managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers. As an IT officer, you will, maintain networks, analyse systems, and provide technical support. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s technical tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve:

  • Manage all IT issues and be a technical assistant to staff related to IT issues.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of computers peripherals, printer, networking, internet & e-mail, security, data backup and recovery.
  • Assist to install software, network, internet, email, printer and update antivirus for all head office and branches.
  • Follow up, maintenance support IT system when necessary.
  • Train end guide user on using new software, PC maintenance and troubleshoot.
  • Perform other requirements analyses and studies assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain and keep accurate record of the company’s assets such as Laptops, phones.

REQUIREMENTS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand clients' needs and objectives, and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often daily.
  • Provide support for all Digital, PR and Experiential Marketing Projects from pitching, reception and interpretation of briefs, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
  • Accountable for Activations and Events KPIs & Data Capture.
  • Develop metrics to monitor all areas of engagement with critical monitoring, performance in these areas. identifying opportunities for improvement and driving changes in performance to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide support to clients from a service perspective assess areas of client concerns and respond to any operational issues that arise. Maintain client relationships with the agency.
  • Manages and co-ordinates all activations and Events Branding.
  • Partake in the development, implementation and monitoring of project teams and budgets.
  • Responsible for Team Training, Brand & Mechanics understanding.
  • Ensuring rehearsals for all events and projects to guarantee the maintaining of standards of shows and events in accordance with the client’s briefs.
  • Responsible for Route Planning and spot checks.
  • Manages Logistics and Haulage of products and materials.
  • Ensure achievement of 100% activations and events results.
