JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve.

  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in meetings, brainstorms, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
  • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
  • Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
  • Preparing documents and updating records.
  • Rotation within different unit s and participating in daily operations as required.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc from a reputable institution with at least a Second class upper (2.1) degree in Social Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field from any recognized Institution.
  • Be between the ages of 19 – 25 years.
  • 0 - 1 year work experience.
  • Must be opened to learning and sharing ideas.

BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The role holder will interpret our clients’ needs and design solutions with high visual impact while co-operating with the Projects team. The goal is to get the clients’ message across in a visually captivating manner.
  • The ideal role holder, who is the visual design evangelist of the agency, will utilize a large range of media and graphic design software while cultivating a solid body of work.
  • This position is responsible for the coordination of all visual, graphic, design brand activities as well as coordination of the brand’s visual marketing communication efforts.
  • The role holder must ensure that all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often as the project or work demands.
  • Think creatively and develop new designs, concepts, graphics and layouts.
  • Ensure long lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and her Clients
  • Prepare rough drafts and present visually fascinating ideas.
  • The candidate must work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, digital, media and experiential units.
  • Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints

Professional and Academic Qualifications;

  • Minimum of 1-3 years relevant working experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree B.A /HND in Fine Art, Graphics design or related field from any recognized Institution.
  • Advanced Degree/other professional certifications would be an added advantage.

Required Skills;

The post holder must be able to demonstrate appropriate skills and experience which will enable him/her to deliver against the main purpose and key responsibilities of the role. The ideal candidate needs;

  • In depth understanding and grasp of 3D Animation, Corel draw, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communications skills: verbal and written skills to understand briefs, writes, understands proposals, ability to interact and present designs
  • A proven graphic designing experience and experience in designing for print is very desirable
  • Ability to build new relationships and maintain relationships with clients
  • Creativity and insights into client’s styles/preferences etc.
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual /visual ability, and originality.
  • Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision
  • Great time management skills and team working skills
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with strong portfolio.

The role holder will be a team member in the experiential unit and provide support for the day to day running and smooth operations of various projects, events and activities including site launches and advertising campaigns from concept to delivery.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve.

  • Ensuring all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand clients' needs and objectives, and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often daily.
  • Provide support for all Digital, PR and Experiential Marketing Projects from pitching, reception and interpretation of briefs, budgeting, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop metrics to monitor all areas of engagement with critical monitoring, performance in these areas, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving changes in performance in these areas, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving changes in performance to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide support to clients from a service perspective assess areas of client concerns and respond to any operational issues that arise. Maintain client relationships with the agency.
  • Partake in the development, implementation and monitoring of project teams and budgets.
  • Ensuring rehearsals for all events and projects to guarantee the maintaining of standards of shows and events in accordance with the client’s briefs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company shall provide the Employee with a Job Description and Performance scorecard upon the Employee’s resumption of duty. These documents shall spell out the responsibilities of the Employee and how the Employee’s performance will be measured. 

Your responsibilities shall however include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Draft a wide variety of legal documents.
