Job Role: Marketing Management Trainee

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We are looking to recruit young, smart, and committed individuals to join our Management Trainee Program at Octoplus Marketing.

This is a 6-month intensive traineeship designed to equip fresh graduates with practical and strategic skills across key business functions within the marketing and technology space.
The program includes:

• Classroom training
• Hands-on field experience
• Rotation across multiple departments
• Mentorship from experienced professionals

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

During the program, you will:

• Participate in structured training sessions and practical assignments
• Support daily business operations across different units
• Rotate within departments to gain cross-functional experience
• Work closely with team leads and managers
• Assist in reporting, data analysis, and documentation
• Participate in field activities and project execution
• Learn company processes, tools, and performance standards
• Meet assigned targets and performance goals
• Participating in meetings, brainstorms, and other learning opportunities
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 / Licence or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field from a recognized institution.
• Candidate must reside in Dakar, Senegal

• Be between the ages of 19 – 25 years.
• 0 – 1 year work experience.
• Fluent in English and French
• Must be open to learning and sharing ideas.
