Job Title: Marketing Management Trainee

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We are seeking motivated and high-potential graduates to join our Marketing Management Trainee
Program at Octoplus Marketing.
This is a 6-month intensive traineeship designed to equip fresh graduates with practical, operational, and
strategic skills across key business functions.
The program covers core areas such as execution, data analysis, client management, operations, and
project management within a dynamic marketing and technology environment.
The program includes:
• Structured classroom training
• Hands-on field experience
• Rotation across multiple departments
• Continuous mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
During the program, you will:
• Participate in training sessions and practical assignments
• Support daily operations across different business units
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis
• Engage in client management and customer service activities
• Contribute to project planning and execution
• Work closely with team leads
• Participate in field operations and logistics coordination
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of activities

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire

A bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 / Licence or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Computer Science,
Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field from a recognized
institution.
• 0 – 1 years of work experience
• Be between the ages of 19 – 25 years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of data analysis is an advantage
• Fluent in English and French
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
